Diablo III‘s major patch to version 1.03 is now available to download, bringing with it a massive list of changes.

“Please note that you will not be prompted to download patch 1.0.3 until the patch is live in your home region. If you are logging in from a European or Asian client, you will need to wait for this patch to release in that region before it can be installed,” states Blizzard.

The two main changes included in this patch are increased drop rates for rare items and an adjustment to the balance of Inferno mode. The full patch notes can be found here.

Diablo III‘s major patch to version 1.03 is now available to download, bringing with it a massive list of changes.
