THE BUZZ: On Twitter today, Battlefield 3 senior gameplay designer Alan Kertz had a few interesting things to say about upcoming balancing being done to the game.
First came this comment:
“Working on rebalancing foregrip, heavy barrel, silencer, and flash suppressor. Less OP combos and more interesting choices is the goal.”
Then, after receiving a response from Twitter user Trauma_Hunter asking to be given a reason to use the flash suppressor, Kertz pondered this:
“Yeah, how about it hides you on the map, without a damage reduction like supp., but you have less accuracy on full auto?”
EGM’s TAKE: What do you think about the talk of the balancing being done to these weapons attachments? And how about Kertz’s idea for the flash suppressor?
