Director Duncan Jones–known for Moon and Source Code–has stepped in to take over the World of Warcraft movie.

Originally Spider-Man director Sam Raimi was acting as director, but after he left to work on Oz a replacement was needed. Jones apparently jumped at the chance. Thomas Tull and Jon Jashni of Legendary Pictures are set to produce with Blizzard and Atlas Entertainment’s Charles Roven and Alex Gartner.

The script is being written by Charles Leavitt, but no details are known about the film so far. Filming is set to begin in fall this year for a 2015 release.
