The PlayStation Vita has been confirmed for another game: Disgaea 3 Returns, an updated version of the PS3 strategy game from Nippon Ichi and NIS America.

Disgaea 3 Returns will feature four new scenarios, two new characters, all of the DLC from the PS3 version, and a few visual tweaks (but no high-res sprites like Disgaea 4).

As well, Nippon Ichi hinted recently at four other upcoming games.

* An action RPG from the Prinny team made fully out of polygons. No announced platform yet.

* A new original title from the Disgaea team, said to have “the visual quality of the illustrations from Disgaea 4”. Knowledge of “networking” gained from Disgaea 4 being used for this game. No announced platform yet.

* A new game from the ClaDun (Classic Dungeon) team. No announced platform yet.

* A “Japanese release of a 3DS game that was popular overseas”.
