TGS 2011: Devil May Cry Gameplay Trailer Showcases Devil Trigger

THE BUZZ: Capcom finally revealed a new trailer for DmC, the reboot of the Devil May Cry franchise, which showcases the game’s Devil Trigger ability.

The reboot is being handled by Enslaved developer Ninja Theory – you can certainly see their touch in the beautiful and interesting environments. The trailer focuses on the games combat, which is looking sharp, and introduces us to Dante’s Devil Trigger form which turns his coat red, and hair white, similar to old-school Dante, increasing his power.

EGM’s TAKE: The developers don’t appear to be moving to far away from the franchise formula which should please fans and hopefully they can look past Dante’s new fashion sense.
