Does this cinematic trailer confirm that Hugo, Cody, and Guy are also in Street Fighter X Tekken?

As of this morning, it was revealed that Final Fight diva Poison would be joining the action in Street Fighter X Tekken.
However, later in the day, this video came out from Capcom as part of the announcements at the San Diego Comic-Con.
Show as “New Challengers” in the video, we get not only Poison’s partner Hugo, but also Final Fight heroes Guy and Cody. Could that mean all three of the characters will be part of the game in some way? Maybe as a super for Poison? Or could they actually be playable characters?
Gaming MO: Nick is a first person shooter type of gamer and enjoys heated bouts of Halo with friends and family (even while being schooled by his children).
