Dragon Age II may have left a lukewarm taste in players’ mouths, but after two years—and dragons now all the rage with HBO’s Game of Thrones—the time seems right for a new entry in BioWare’s slashing, witch-romancing RPG franchise. A trailer at EA’s E3 press briefing revealed Dragon Age: Inquisition‘s general release window—fall 2014, presumably on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, though BioWare hasn’t confirmed platforms officially as of yet—as well as the return of series favorite Flemeth, who narrated the scorching proceedings. With Mass Effect now done (at least for now), Dragon Age has the chance to now receive the full attention of BioWare fans.
