Bandai Namco has released a new update for Dragon Ball FighterZ that introduces two new fighters to the game.

From today, players on all platforms will be able to purchase Base Goku and Base Vegeta to add to the roster. Season pass holders will gain access to the characters for free.

Alongside these new characters, the update makes balance changes to a number of existing characters, including Teen Gohan, Frieza, Ginyu, Trunks, Cell, Android 18, Goku (SSGSS), Vegeta (SSGSS), and more.

During Evo 2018 last weekend, Bandai Namco revealed that Cooler, the older brother of Frieza, will be the next character to be added to the game.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, with a Nintendo Switch release scheduled for September.
