Dust 514 Debut Gameplay Trailer Streaming Live Via PlayStation Home

THE BUZZ: CCP Games is set to unveil the first gameplay footage of Dust 514 later this week via PlayStation Home.

U.S. Home users can tune into the Eve Fanfest Event via a special Backstage Pass space beginning at 9:00am PT (12:00pm ET) on March 22.

Viewers will also be able to participate in a Q&A session, as Sony explains, ”Following the keynote, there will be a Live Q&A session with PlayStation Home users, fielding questions via Twitter using the hashtag #DUST514. All users who enter the Backstage Pass event space will be rewarded an exclusive DUST 514 t-shirt for their avatars.”

The space will be available in the New and Recommended section.

EGM’s TAKE: If you’ve been dying to see just how CCP Games will interweave Eve and Dust 514, you will get your chance thanks to this live event. More events should add this kind of functionality, imagine how many more people Sony or Microsoft could get online if they live streamed minor events. This could be the future.
