E3 2011 – Battlefield 3 Release Date & Beta Announced

During EA’s press conference they announced a lot of new Battlefield 3 details including the official release date and news of a beta.

It was announced that Battlefield 3 will be hitting stores October 25th 2011 a few weeks before Modern Warfare 3 giving it a good head start over its main rival.

It was also revealed that a beta will be launched at some point during in September, the beta will be available on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, it will also be available for everyone once it releases.
