E3 2011 – RAGE To Be On 3 Disks On The Xbox 360

The highly anticipated RAGE will be coming on 3 disks when it launches for the Xbox 360, the PS3 will only need one as usual thanks to Blu-Ray.

Creative Director for RAGE, Tim Willits had this to say;

RAGEs 3 discs are simply splitting up the single-player experience across 2 discs and then 1 disc for the Multiplayer.”

“Playstation fans get to enjoy a single disc.

So a whole disc on the Xbox 360 just for multiplayer that’s going to cause some annoyances when it comes to wanting to play online, hopefully there will be some kind of install option.
