Trey Parker and Matt Stone took to the stage at Microsoft’s E3 press conference to announce that the hotly anticipated South Park RPG, South Park: The Stick of Truth, will be available on March 5, 2013. The game had previously been without a firm release date, following a delay that pushed it out of its original October launch window.

During the announcement, Parker and Stone emphasized the close relations they have with developer Obsidian Entertainment, joking that they had to leave the conference immediately to keep working on the project.

South Park: The Stick of Truth will be available on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
