Young Lara Croft’s debut has been delayed, but Tomb Raider won’t be out of the spotlight for long—G4 TV has just confirmed in their E3 pre-show event on Spike TV that the game will release on March 5, 2013.

An exclusive trailer recapped a bit of last E3′s footage, but interspersed the action with new clips revealing scenes featuring some of the supporting cast. Key sequences included Lara Croft finding her trademark (for this title, anyway) longbow weapon, along with action scenes showing her wielding handguns and fending off the attackers seen preying on her crew members.
