The Electronic Entertainment Expo, otherwise known as E3, managed to attract 48,200 attendees this week, which is a 2,500 increase over last year.

The Entertainment Software Association (ESA), the group that organizes the annual event estimates that it brought more than $40 million in revenue to the city. The group also confirmed that E3 2014 is scheduled for June 10-12, 2014, at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
