Eidos Not Planning to Bring Wii U Deus Ex Changes to XBox 360, PS3, or PC

Posted on April 2, 2013 AT 02:15pm

Eidos Montreal currently has no plans to bring the improvements made to Wii U’s Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut to its other versions.

Speaking to Penny Arcade Report, Director’s Cut game designer Emile Pedneault said Eidos currently has no plans to apply the changes made to the Wii U version—notably the in-house redesigned boss fights—to the Xbox 360, PS3, or PC versions of Human Revolution.

As far as Pednault is concerned, the Director’s Cut is the ultimate version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

“We just delivered the ultimate experience ad we just took advantage of all the Wii U features in every possible way we can,” Pednault told Penny Arcade Report. “So hopefully, things will pick up in the future, and we’ll make some new and old fans pretty happy with this version.”
