Driveclub director Paul Rustchynsky has shared a number of new additions and tweaks that will be coming to the game next week.

Posting on Twitter, Rustchynsky revealed that next week’s Driveclub update will add Elite Driver Levels, new Photo Mode options, garage filtering, new camera shake settings, Face-Off options, Club Leaderboards for existing Tour events, and a new Random Event option. As well as this, the update will also make improvements to the Club Challenge leaderboard and add a new community loading screen image and updated menus.

He also added that Elite Driver Levels will require more than just grinding Fame to earn. “No longer can you just grind Fame to level up, Elite levels require skill too,” he wrote. Expanded further, he explained that to unlock an Elite level players must earn enough Fame, have enough Stars, and beat a challenging time trial target.

Rustchynsky also said that both the MyDriveclub app and Private Lobbies are still in development, but Private Lobbies are “getting closer.”
