Epic Games recently held the Unvaulting event in Fortnite, but a bug preventing some players from seeing it, despite being in the playlist at the time.

As an apology for the issue, Epic Games is gifting the Arcana Glider (1200 V-Bucks) to all players who were in the Unvaulting playlist during the event. Players who already purchased the glider before the event will be refunded their V-Bucks.

The developer added that it is “working to release replay files of the event” so players who missed out can view the Unvaulting from within the game.

The Unvaulting event took place on Saturday and saw both Tilted Towers and Retail Row get destroyed by falling rocks from the volcano. Players also got to vote on one of six vaulted items to bring back to the game, with the winner being the Drum Gun.

In other news, Epic Games released a new update for Fortnite last week that introduced the new Shadow Bomb grenade to the game. This new addition lets players become invisible for six seconds and grants fall damage immunity, double jump, and more.
