Epic Games Working With Police To Remove illegal Gears Of War 3 Downloads

Posted on July 4, 2011 AT 01:24am

A couple of days ago a leaked copy of Gears of War 3 appeared online that contained the full campaign and multiplayer options, this has led to a PR nightmare for Epic Games who are working as quickly as possible to stop any serious damage.

Epic are now working with police in order to remove as many illegal downloads of the game from the Internet as possible and are also trying to find the original source of the leak.

I’d hate to be that person when Epic catches up with them.
