Dana Cowley, Head of PR for Epic Games has today released an official statement about the recent Gears of war 3 leak.
The leaked copy of the game that hit the Internet contains the full campaign as well as the games multiplayer modes, however it is very buggy.
“We have seen the reports of Gears of War 3 content being propped on the
Web and working closely with our security teams and law enforcement to
address the situation. This content is not from a final build and is not
representative of what fans will enjoy when the game launches worldwide
on September 20, 2011.”
This isn’t good for Epic and there is a chance the game could be spoiled for fans.
