THE BUZZ: The PlayStation Network will be down for maintenance this evening in Europe.

The work will begin at 4:00 PM GMT and run until midnight. The maintenance will affect the PS Store, PlayStation Home, Account Management and Account Registration.

If you’re logged in before it begins then you will be able to continue playing online.

EGM’s TAKE: Nothing too major, a few of hours of downtime, and as long as your signed in before it starts then you will be fine. If you’re not, then tonight would be a good time to catch up on some TV, do some reading or head out somewhere.
