THE BUZZ: A new developer diary for EVE Online details what will be coming in the Winter 2011 update for the game. The update is expected to land sometime before Christmas.

The update will include:

  • Hybrid weapons balancing
  • Factional warfare
  • Assault ships
  • Capital ship balancing
  • New T2 modules
  • Starbase logistics management
  • New EWAR-drones
  • Time dilation
  • Plus more
