F1 2011 Patch Out for Xbox 360 and PC

THE BUZZ: Codemasters has released the first patch for F1 2011 on Xbox 360 and PC. The PlayStation 3 received the same patch last week.

The patch itself is just some general tidying up work, “During the game submission process for F1 2011 the team continued to work on the game, refining, polishing and tweaking and those updates were included in the patch,” said Codemasters. A second patch is currently being worked on but no release date has been set:

“The Dev team and QA are currently investigating a number of issues reported by players and trying to reproduce these in a test environment.”

EGM’s TAKE: F1 2011 is a solid game and hopefully these post launch fixes will round it off nicely.
