Fallout 76 will be exclusive to Bethesda’s launcher Bethesda.net on PC when it launches later this year.

When asked about a Steam release for both the upcoming beta and full release, a Bethesda representative informed PC Gamer that it is not planned.

“The PC version of Fallout 76, for both the B.E.T.A. and the launch, will be available only via Bethesda.net, not on Steam,” the representative said.

Bethesda recently revealed in an official FAQ that the beta will be the full version of the game and all progress made during it can be carried over to the full release. The beta will be available first on Xbox One in October, with the PlayStation 4 and PC betas launching at a later date.

Fallout 76 launches November 14th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
