Fez will be available for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita on March 25, Polytron producer Marie-Christine Bourdua has announced.
The PlayStation 3 version of the game will run at 720p resolution at 60 frames per second, the Vita version runs at native resolution, and on PlayStation 4 the game runs at 1080p at 60fps. Bourdua describes the PlayStation 4 versions as “the best-looking and smoothest Fez experience you can get on a TV set.”
“No one’s going to blame you for digging around, but you won’t find many big changes in these versions of the game,” she added. “However, there are a few surprises… especially in the PS4 version: DualShock 4’s lightbar has been put to the task of bringing a little bit of Fez’s world into your own home.”
Fez will support Cross-Buy, meaning that you only have to purchase the game once to access it on all three platforms, and also supports shared saves across all platforms.
