THE BUZZ: FIFA 12 released this week, however EA Sports is already discussing the next iteration, confirming that it will feature PlayStation move support.

David Rutter, Executive Producer at EA Sports, confirmed that the inclusion won’t just be a “gimmick,” in the latest issue of Official PlayStation Magazine UK. “It’s about trying to make it part of the game in a good way, rather than have it as a clichéd marketing gimmick.”

EGM’s TAKE: We don’t think that fans will accept this kind of feature without feeling EA is diluting the franchise. We’re curious about how it will work though, since you use move with your hands and soccer is a footie game.
