Final Fantasy Type-O director says the game is almost done

With some of Square’s Final Fantasy titles taking a long, long, long… long time, it’s nice to see that at least one will finally be done soon.

On the game’s development blog, Type-0′s director Hajime Tabata stated that after almost three and a half years of development, the game is finally almost done. All that’s left at this point is final tuning and debugging.

Of course, part of the reason for that long development time is the fact that the game originally started as a mobile phone game, and because some of that time was spent working on The 3rd Birthday.
