Square Enix has officially announced that a remastered version of Final Fantasy XII is coming to PlayStation 4.

The remastered version, titled Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age, will make use of enhanced character models, fonts, backgrounds, and cutscenes, according to the official website, and will be based on Final Fantasy XII International Zodiac Job System.

As well as revamped models, the game will also feature an auto-save system, shorter load times, and an improved Turbo Mode.

Square Enix has officially announced that a remastered version of Final Fantasy XII is coming to PlayStation 4.
