THE BUZZ: Patch 1.19 for Final Fantasy XIV is now live after a slight delay.

The update adds new side quests as well as Grand Company quests which unlock the Private Third Class rank. Two new battles against primal Ifrit have also been added along with personal chocobos. The full patch notes can be read here.
