Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn players on PlayStation 3 will be granted automatic access to the PlayStation 4 beta in 2014.

The publisher confirmed that the PlayStation 4 beta will be available at the same time as the console’s launch in Japan on February 22, 2014–this is the global release date for the beta.

Players will be able to carry over their character data from the PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4 version.

Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn players on PlayStation 3 will be granted automatic access to the PlayStation 4 beta in 2014.
