Square Enix has confirmed that a demo for Final Fantasy XV, titled Episode Duscae, will be released in March 2015, and the publisher has also released a new gameplay trailer to get you excited.

The demo will offer access to an early section of the game called Duscae, and will be bundled with copies of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD in North America and Europe.

The trailer above offers a brief look at this area and also shows Noctis, Prompto, Gladiolus, and Ignis driving around in a rather flash looking car on their way to the coast. During the video you get a look at how the team interacts with each other during combat, and some of the enemies they will face.

Square Enix also announced that Hajime Tabata has replaced Tetsuya Nomura as the game’s directer to allow Nomura to move onto Kingdom Hearts III. “In reviewing our development structure, we have decided to assign Hajime Tabata as the new director for Final Fantasy XV,” Square Enix’s CEO Yosuke Matsuda said in an official statement.

“Currently, Tabata and the entire development team are working, whole-heartedly, towards completing the production of Final Fantasy XV and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality Final Fantasy title to date. We invite every one of our fans to view the fruits of our labour through Final Fantasy XV’s demo, and promise to present a game that further surpasses expectations when the finished product is released.”

Final Fantasy XV is in development for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but is still without a release date.
