Final Fantasy XV will feature over 200 quests spread across four types of missions.
In addition to main story content, the numerous quests will cover fun activities (including fishing and Chocobo racing), monster hunts, and regional quests, the game’s director, Hajime Tabata, told Game Informer (via Nova Crystalis). The team is apparently looking to add even more before release.
Tabata revealed last month that Final Fantasy XV will take about 50 hours to complete, though that number probably doesn’t include the time it would take to complete every optional quests.
Final Fantasy XV will release on September 30th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, a date Square Enix says it pegged down back in 2013. Currently, there is no PC port for FFXV in the works, though the publisher hasn’t ruled one out entirely.
