Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition demo and Half-Life Pack announced


 

Square Enix has announced that it will be releasing a free demo for Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition next week.

The demo will be available on Steam, Origin, and Windows 10 from February 26th and allows players to play through the game’s tutorial and opening quests all the way up to the end of Chapter 1.

As well as announcing the demo, Square Enix unveiled the Half-Life Pack for the PC version of the game. The DLC will be made available to all Steam user who purchase Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition before May 1st and includes an in-game costume for Noctis based on Gordon Freeman, as well as Half-Life-themed outfits for the Comrades multiplayer expansion.

Players who pre-purchase the game on Origin will get the “FFXV Decal Selection,” while pre-ordering from the Microsoft Store unlocks the “FFXV Powerup Pack.”

PC owners will be able to try out Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition before it launches next month.
