In a surprising announcement, Bandai Namco has revealed that Final Fantasy XV’s main protagonist Noctis Lucis Caelum will be joining the Tekken 7 roster early next year.

The announcement trailer shows Noctis taking on various members of the Tekken 7 roster using his Engine Blade after receiving a phone call from Lars. You’ll also notice a brand-new Final Fantasy XV-themed stage in the trailer below:

Noctis will join the game in early 2018.

This is the second surprising announcement of the day, following NetherRealm Studios’ reveal that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be joining Injustice 2 as part of Fighter Pack 3.

Bandai Namco has revealed that Tekken 7's next DLC character will be Noctis from Final Fantasy XV.

In a surprising announcement, Bandai Namco has revealed that Final Fantasy XV’s main protagonist Noctis Lucis Caelum will be joining the Tekken 7 roster early next year.
