Firefighting-themed roguelike Flame Over is headed to Vita Q1 2014, developer Laughing Jackal announced on the PlayStation Blog.

“Flame over is a fast-paced, action-packed fire-fighting roguelike, featuring randomly generated levels and a complex fire simulation that radiates, jumps between objects, consumes fuel and destroys its environment in real time,” senior producer Al Evans described.

Players must guide Blaze Carruthers, “London’s foremost fire-fighting hero,” through 16 floors of a burning skyscraper littered with the usual bevy of rogulike hazards. Levels are fully destructable and, despite being set within one building, contain different themes from floor-to-floor.

You can follow Flame Over‘s development progresse over at Laughing Jackal’s developer blog.
