Now that patch 4.2 and the “Rage of the Firelands” content has hit World of Warcraft, an interesting new change has also happened to trail accounts.

Previously, trial accounts got to play the game for 10 ~ 14 days, depending on the type of trial. Now, that time limit will be gone, replaced by a level limit, giving you the chance to play until you hit level 20.

Also as a part of this new style of game trial, you’ll now be able to start as a Draenei or Blood Elf, where before the trail limited you to the original roster of races.
