DICE has released the first screenshot for Battlefield 4‘s next DLC expansion titled Dragon’s Teeth, which will add a two-handed ballistic shield to the game.

The screen above shows off the ballistic shield that will serve as mobile cover as well as an offensive weapon. Originally the shield was supposed to be used with handguns, however senior animator Ryan Duffin revealed at GDC in March that due to development schedules and last-gen hardware memory restrictions the choice was made to go with a melee shield.

DICE has promised the first gameplay footage of the DLC will be released later this week.

Dragon’s Teeth is set to add four maps based on “all-out urban warfare” and will be made available this summer.
