THE BUZZ: The first piece of concept art for Square-Enix’s upcoming RPG, powered by the Unreal Engine, has appeared online.

It features a man in a hat with a massive sword and an owl, not really much to go on. Dragon Quest IX’s Ryutaro Ichimura will be leading the development team on this new title.

EGM’s TAKE: Square-Enix appears to be stepping away away from it’s roots with the Unreal Engine in a hope to attract more Western players. Perhaps this is a Western/Samurai adaption of Harry Potter. How cool would that be?
