Polish developer The Farm 51, the team behind Deadfall Adventures, has released the first images of its recently announced next-gen shooter, Get Even.

The game was announced two weeks ago at a local event in Poland, where a brief demo was available to play. The developer claims that its aim is not to deliver the “fireworks graphics” of major titles, instead relying on true photorealism supported by 3D scans of real location and characters.

Get Even plans to blur the lines between single and multiplayer, by allowing players to join another player’s game at any time, taking on the role of former AI opponents. Those who drop in to matches must prevent the player from reaching their goal—presumably there will be an option to disable this feature to prevent griefing.

The Farm 51 is not trying to emulate top shooters, according to studio head Wojtek Pazdur, but instead aims to show that the genre still has something fresh to offer players.

Get Even is set to release in 2015 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
