First Screenshots of XCOM: Enemy Unknown

THE BUZZ: The first screenshots of Firaxis Games’ XCOM: Enemy Unknown strategy game have appeared online.

The game is set to be a re-imagining of the original XCOM. While certain game systems will change such as soldier statistics, although the basic concept of the 1994 version will remain intact.

EGM’s TAKE: 2012 is set to be a good year for XCOM fans, with 2K Marin’s shooter and now Firaxis’ re-imagining of the original game.
