Five Vita Titles Already Available for Download

THE BUZZ: Excited about the upcoming launch of the PlayStation Vita? Well why not get prepared by downloading a game right now.

Five Vita games are currently available via the U.S. PSN. While they are not visible through the normal menus, a quick search for each title will reveal them. You can buy and download each now, at a 10% discount, and have them ready to transfer when you get hold of your shiny new Vita. The games are:

Uncharted: Golden Abyss (3.2 GB) $45 ($50 MSRP)
Hot Shots (1.15 GB) $36 ($40 MSRP)
WipEout 2048 (1.6GB) $36 ($40 MSRP)
Super Stardust Delta (208 MB) $10 – PSN title
Modnation Racers Road Trip (1.5 GB) $27 ($30 MSRP)

EGM’s TAKE: These games have probably appeared on the PlayStation Store in preparation for the Vita First Edition launch this Wednesday, February 15. It’s perfect for fans looking to dive straight in with their Vita on launch day instead of waiting an hour for a game to download. We imagine there’s going to be a lot of Uncharted downloads happening over the next week.
