For Honor

The open beta for For Honor, Ubisoft’s first-person brawler, is now available to preload on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 (Europe), and PC. The preload should be available on the North American PlayStation Store when it updates later today.

The client is around 19GB in size and includes the nine heroes, three game modes–Dominion, Brawl, and Duel–and six maps found in the closed beta, plus Elimination mode, a best of five rounds four-versus-four match with no respawns.

Players can also take part in the War of the Factions metagame and try to lead their chosen faction to victory. At the end of the closed beta the Vikings were leading, but there’s still time for the Samurai and Knights to pull it back.

The open beta will run from February 9th-12th.

Yesterday, Ubisoft released a new trailer for the game that offers a 360-degree view of a battle.

For Honor launches February 14th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
