Epic Games has revealed that it will be adding a Buried Treasure item to Fortnite in the near future.

The in-game tease for the item features an image of a treasure map with an X on it to mark the location of the loot. “‘X’ Marks The Spot,” the tease adds. “Scour the island for hidden loot with the new Buried Treasure item!”

This new item is expected to arrive in the game later this week.

In other news, Epic Games kicked off Fortnite‘s eighth season last week with a new update that added a new Battle Pass, changed the map, introduced cannons, and much more.

Fortnite is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.
