Epic Games released a new update for Fortnite over the holidays that introduced the Boom Box item.

This item can be thrown by players and delivers powerful blasts of music that deal structure damage across a large area. Any newly built wall in the radius of the Boom Box will be instantly destroyed and the blasts can only be stopped by shooting it.

Also included in this update are eight new Ice Castle Prefabs for Creative mode, and two new weapons, a new hero, and new Frostnite challenges for Save the World.

Fortnite is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.
