Update 3.5 is now live for Fortnite on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and mobile, bringing with it new features, controller configurations, bug fixes, and more.

The highlight of the update on the Battle Royale side of things is the new Port-a-Fort item. This new item allows players to create a ready-made fort in seconds. The Port-a-Fort is epic rarity and crates a fort made out of metal that is three stories tall, with a door for entry and tires inside for easy access to the roof.

As well as this, the previously revealed replay system has been introduced, allowing players to save their matches and watch them back from any angle. There are a number of camera angles available along with the option to speed up or slow down the action, outline players, and add nameplates.

Other changes include major performance improvements, load time reductions, object pop-in changes, numerous bug fixes, and the introduction of a new “Builder Pro” controller configuration. When using “Builder Pro” wall, floor, stairs, and roof tiles will all have their own button on the controller.

While Save the World players are getting an increase in the default max building materials to 2000 of each, environmental damage from weapons, a new questline, the Survive the Storm event, and a brand-new set of heroes and weapons.
