A free-to-play version of Namco’s fighter SoulCalibur is in development for PlayStation 3.
The latest issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu (via Gematsu) has revealed that a free-to-play entry in the series, titled SoulCalibur: Lost Swords, is currently in development for Sony’s console. No other details about the game were offered.
This is just the latest entry into the free-to-play market by Namco Bandai. Other titles include Tekken Revolution, Ridge Racer Driftopia, and Ace Combat Infinity.
