THE BUZZ: Microsoft has today announced a special Xbox Live subscription pack for Gears of War 3 that includes a free exclusive weapon.

The subscription pack will launch around the same time as the game and will include the usual 12 months of Xbox Live for £39.99 GBP. As a special bonus the pack will include 2 extra bonus months and a free exclusive in-game weapon.

EGM’s TAKE: Even if you’re not interested in buying Gears of War 3 the extra 2 months free make this a fantastic deal that should not be missed.
