Gearbox Accidentally Outs Fourth Borderlands 2 DLC
Posted on May 2, 2013 AT 02:28pm
A tweet from Borderlands 2 writer Anthony Burch accidentally revealed the fourth Borderlands 2 DLC: Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep.
Gearbox has since pulled the tweet, but they have officially confirmed the DLC, as well as kits June 25 release date and $10/800 MSP price.
Both Burch and Tiny Tina were the subjects of some controversy in February, when players suggested the 13-year-old Borderlands 2 character’s dialect was somewhat racist, associating “stereotypical low-class black lingo” (that is, slang often associated with African American Vernacular English) with a silly/stupid character.
Borderlands 2 launched on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 September 18, 2012. Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep will be available June 25.
