Gears Of War 3 Horde Command Pack DLC Delayed

THE BUZZ: Epic Games has confirmed that the Gears of War 3 Horde Command Pack DLC, scheduled to release today, November 1, has been delayed.

The delay is due to ”a technical issue” according to an Epic community manager, and it is only a ”temporary delay.” A post on Epic’s official forums reads: ”We know this is disappointing news as we’ve seen a lot of posts today showing excitement for this content. We have folks working around the clock to resolve this issue ASAP so you can all play and enjoy the Command Pack.”

No time frame was given for when the DLC will release. The DLC will be free if you purchased the Gears of War 3 Season Pass.

EGM’s TAKE: A lot of fans were excited about the release of the game’s first DLC, and this delay will disappoint a lot of them, but hopefully the delay will be just a minor one.
