THE BUZZ: Epic Games has launched the first title update for Gears of War 3 in anticipation of the game’s launch on Tuesday. This is simply a compliance update, allowing players of the beta and those that pre-ordered to receive their in-game bonuses. Epic did issue a warning to people who have played the game early, stating that the update may impact your save data by erasing campaign progress. Your full progress won’t be erased, but you will have to start from the beginning of the chapter after the update.

EGM’s TAKE: Just two more days to go!
