The official launch trailer for Star Wars Battlefront II has dropped with a two-week head start, readying fans for the battle later this month.
The trailer is fairly brief, but it packs a lot into a short amount of time. Numerous characters, vehicles, and planets are on display in the trailer, with all three eras of the Star Wars saga represented. The majority of the trailer seems to be multiplayer focused, but we do get a quick look at story protagonist Iden Versio right at the end.
Battlefront II‘s launch trailer is our second reason to get excited for the game this week, as publisher EA recently confirmed that the shooter’s controversial loot box system would be adjusted, following backlash from the recent multiplayer beta. Prior to this announcement, many were concerned that players who sunk more money into the game’s purchasable loot boxes would reap a competitive advantage.
Star Wars Battlefront II is slated to launch November 17th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. For all we know about the game, check out EGM’s complete guide to Battlefront II.
